The Admire! Admire! Life of a Student-Athlete

The Admire! Admire! Life of a Student-AthleteToday, Dan Anderson and his Alumni Achievement Academy strive to make 'Admire! Admire!' about the University of Florida's student-athletes. Ever since they opened their doors in Davie, the Gainesville area, they have been carrying out an interesting mission: to turn their potential into a reality. If you are a student at the University of Florida, you have likely heard that the university is considered one of the most competitive college sports programs in the nation. With almost five hundred current and former college athletes competing for a dozen or so of the many championships available in the United States, the Gator team is the pride of the university. Ever since Admire! got started as a tutoring company, they have taken great strides to keep track of what is going on with its clients. It should be noted that every two weeks, the company sends out e-mails to all current students, listing all the classes that are currently being offered by the university, whether online or on campus. In addition, they are also disseminating information concerning upcoming clinics and practices. You can sign up and have a list of your tutors delivered to you by e-mail or you can simply check your inbox to see if any updates have arrived. The people who hold the positions of tutors at the university are not the only ones who hold the responsibility for making the education of their Gator athletes much more than a virtual dream. Admire! offers resources that guide these students in learning how to be successful in life. In particular, the tutors of the tutoring center will share their knowledge with their students and help them realize the rewards of the skills they are learning. There are many opportunities for a student to pursue after graduation from the University of Florida. The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) will award collegiate scholarships upon completion of high school, and many major employers of Gator athle tes, such as Wal-Mart, will hire them upon graduation. These professional opportunities for students of the University of Florida are a great way to continue the learning process that is going on in the tutoring center. If your tutoring center has a scholarship program, there are few other institutions that are more accommodating of student-athletes seeking a professional future.Just because you are a student-athlete doesn't mean that you are limited to the Seminole Tribe or the University of Florida. It is a wonderful thing to be able to go to school anywhere in the world, including Canada, Australia, and throughout the United States. However, if you are going to be considering a career in the field of sports, you will need to find someone who is willing to work with you, and to teach you the skills that will prepare you for success in your chosen profession. Are you looking for a job? Have you got time for something besides watching football games every Saturday? Consider getting a career in tutoring, and you may just get lucky enough to realize a dream.
